within every womens ceremony I have ever held or attended there is a deep mysticism in the air. an unwavering sense of support within vulnerability. a softness. a stillness. an unspoken vow.

as though ancient remembrance that lives within our bones comes alive as we co-regulate. when we gather in community as women we are reminded not only of our shared struggles but more importantly our collective power. observing how our voice becomes more thunderous with a gentle hand upon our back. allowing one another to show up as we are. messy, free, wild, whole.

using meditation, cacao, music, movement and embodiment practises we will return back to the essence of our aliveness. exploring the richness that already exists within you.

when we return to a place of felt embodiment, our internal state of being aligns with our external environment. we experience the world from our felt sense, peeling away the layers that separate us from the sheer magic of presence. you will be led back to your bodies current capacity to feel, exploring your cellular resonance & deepening your connection with your one true home.

exploring the polarity within us we will traverse the space between body and mind, following the winding lane of our consciousness back to our true, wild nature.
