  • You’ll be greeted by experienced teachers who each bring their own style, so no two classes are exactly the same — but you can always expect clear guidance, plenty of choices, and a pace that meets you where you are. Think of vinyasa as breath-led movement: each inhale and exhale guides you from one shape to another in a steady, wave-like rhythm.

Props and modifications are offered throughout, and you’re always free to pause or rest. Some classes are warmed with infrared; others are ambient. Whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth, you’ll be supported to move in a way that feels good for you — and leave feeling a little steadier, softer, and more at home in yourself.

  • Explore the art of movement in our Vinyasa Flow class, a breath-led practice that combines classical poses with dynamic sequences and smooth transitions. This class encourages creativity and connection, offering a flowing experience suitable for all levels.

Step onto your mat and generate internal heat through mindful, continuous motion.

    Room Temperature: Not heated

Ideal for: All levels of students

  • Join us for an invigorating Heated Vinyasa Flow practice in Studio A, enhanced with state-of-the-art infrared heating. Move dynamically through poses, synchronising breath with movement to build heat, strength, and focus in a soothing warmth.

This is an All-Levels practice, but if you’re newer to yoga, we recommend letting your teacher know before class.
