All purchases made at Studio 52 constitute an acknowledgement that the client is fit and well for participation in any classes, workshops, or trainings, with no pre-existing medical or physical limitations that may put them at risk during physical activity. Those with particular concerns should consult with their GP or medical advisors prior to the commencement of a new physical activity.

The creation of your account indicates an agreement with the terms set out below:

1. I release Studio 52 and its directors, employees, instructors, and representatives of all liability pertaining to injury to self or others;

2. I assume all risk associated with the use of Studio 52 and its facilities, including, but not limited to, participation in all instructor-led sessions, the storage of personal property (including any potential loss or damage to said property), and use of on-site facilities;

3. I will disclose all pertinent medical information that may impact my participation at Studio 52 in all of its offerings;

4. I agree to take considered responsibility for my own health and well being while participating in Studio 52 offerings, in addition to the above terms.

Bookings for Yoga classes in studio may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the class start time without charge and the balance will loaded to your Mindbody account for future use; cancellations after this time will be 'late cancelled' and charged as if attended.

Bookings for Pilates classes in studio may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the class start time without charge and the balance will loaded to your Mindbody account for future use; cancellations after this time will be 'late cancelled' and charged as if attended. Please note, our Monthly Unlimited Members will incur a late cancellation fee of £8.00, which will be applied to any late cancellation within the twelve hour period before a Pilates class commences and to anyone who simply doesn't show for a booked Pilates class. 

Online classes may be cancelled up to 30 minutes before the class starts time without charge; cancellations after this time will be  'late cancelled' and charged as if attended.

Unlimited Membership payments cannot be cancelled by clients, but require seven days advance notice of your next autopay to terminate your contract. Contracts can be suspended upon request in writing to hello@studio52.yoga, and will be resumed after an agreed time period. Failure to pay autopays may result in missed payment fees if not settled within seven days.

Private classes may be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the class booking time.

Workshops and events require a full seven days notice for a full refund to be offered; between 6 and 2 days notice will incur a 25% admin charge; less than 48 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of all items available via our Online Store and sold through our booking partner Mindbody.

The completion of your purchase acknowledges your agreement with the Terms & Conditions set out across our website and Mindbody booking system, and confirms your right to make purchases with a valid debit or credit card in your own name.

Any personal information, including but not limited to name, address, contact details, and payment details will be retained and used in strict compliance with our privacy policy, and can be removed at your request in writing to hello@studio52.yoga.

Bookings may only be completed if you agree with our liability waiver, cancellation policy, and privacy policy.

Shop products are eligible for a refund if returned as sold within 14 days of purchase. Those products which are not returned in an as sold condition will be eligible for exchange or account credit only.

Class passes and drop-ins are not eligible for refund, but can be amended under special circumstances upon request to hello@studio52.yoga.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to Studio 52a and will be treated in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation. Our privacy policy forms part of our wider Terms & Conditions.

At the time of collecting your personal information, our booking system will make clear what data is collected and how it is to be stored; your data will only be processed for its intended purposes; and we will implement stringent technical and organisational measures to ensure your data is secure.
