Expect variety — from classic mat Pilates that builds deep strength and alignment to upbeat power sessions with short HIIT bursts. Teachers bring their own flavour, so every class has its own rhythm, but you’ll always get clear cues, options and progressions.
We use plenty of props — including dumbbells, balls and resistance bands — to dial the challenge up or down, and some classes run with infrared heat for an extra sweat. It’s a fun, focused workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more aligned, and energised.

Unlimited Members: no show or late cancellation for Pilates classes
A fee of £8 will be applied for any late cancellations made within the 12-hour window before the scheduled class time.
Our Pilates classes are super popular (often having waitlists days in advance), and while we're thrilled to see the growing enthusiasm for these sessions, these classes have limited availability, determined by the equipment and space required.
Late cancellations make it tough for eager students who are keen to attend, so by cancelling before the 12-hour window you’ll not only allow your fellow students to make the class but also save yourself any additional costs.
