Let our teachers guide you through your pilates practice with weekly classes in-studio.

  • Pilates is a low-impact form of strength training which focuses on posture, core and trunk stability and full body flexibility. Due to its low-impact nature it can be great for people who; are recovering from injuries, have a history of lower back pain, have arthritis, are beginning their fitness journey and for pre and post-natal clients.

  • Yoga is traditionally an ancient spiritual practice of connecting the mind and body through the breath, whereas Pilates is a system of exercises that emphasises core engagement to promote functional movement of the body.

  • Start your day with Sunrise Pilates, a refreshing morning class designed to awaken your body and mind. Through focused core work and intentional movement, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and set an energizing tone for the rest of your day.

    All levels are welcome, but let your instructor know if you’re new to the practice. This class will leave you feeling centred, invigorated, and ready to take on whatever comes your way.

    Begin your morning with intention and flow in Studio A.

  • Strengthen your core, improve your posture, and build endurance in our Pilates class. Through focused, low-impact movement, you’ll generate internal heat while enhancing flexibility and promoting recovery.

    This practice is suitable for all levels, but let your instructor know if you’re new. Step onto your mat for a revitalising session that will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed.

  • Elevate your pilates practice with Power Pilates, a high-energy class that blends traditional principles with dynamic, full-body movements. This class focuses on building core strength, enhancing stamina, and refining control through a faster-paced and more challenging flow.

    Ideal for those seeking a vigorous workout, Power Pilates offers a rewarding practice designed to energize and empower you, leaving you feeling strong and accomplished.

  • Build strength and improve your endurance in our Hot Pilates class, now enhanced with infrared heating. The consistent 30-degree warmth supports your muscles, boosts flexibility, and promotes recovery.

    All levels are welcome, but let your instructor know if you’re new to the practice. Step into Studio A for an energising session which will leave you feeling empowered and refreshed.

Unlimited Members: no show or late cancellation for Pilates classes

A fee of £8 will be applied for any late cancellations made within the 12-hour window before the scheduled class time.

Our Pilates classes are super popular (often having waitlists days in advance), and while we're thrilled to see the growing enthusiasm for these sessions, these classes have limited availability, determined by the equipment and space required. 

Late cancellations make it tough for eager students who are keen to attend, so by cancelling before the 12-hour window you’ll not only allow your fellow students to make the class but also save yourself any additional costs.
