New to Mat?

Explore our wide range of yoga and Pilates mat classes, designed to support every level and help you find the style and pace that suits you.

01// Seven Days Unlimited Pass

  • Our £20 7 Days Unlimited Pass is the perfect introduction to Studio 52, giving you seven consecutive days of unlimited access to all yoga and Pilates mat classes on our schedule (excluding Pregnancy Yoga and Reformer classes). It’s a great way to try different teachers, class styles, and times across the week.

The pass starts when you book your first class. If you wish to begin sooner, you’ll need to cancel that booking and reserve an earlier class, as the start date cannot be moved forward once a class has been booked.

02// Seven Classes for £52

  • Our 52 Pass (£52) gives you seven opportunities to practice over three months, allowing you to attend any yoga or Pilates mat class on our schedule (excluding Pregnancy Yoga and Reformer classes). It’s a flexible way to explore different teachers, class styles, and times while giving you the space to pace your practice and develop a consistent routine over time.

This pass begins from the date of purchase and is valid for three months.

New to Reformer?

With Reformer classes running seven days a week, it’s easy to find a time that works and begin exploring the machines with confidence.

03// Two Reformer Classes for £20

  • Our New to 52: Reformer Pass (£20) gives brand new students the chance to experience our Reformer studio with two classes to use within one month. This offer is available exclusively for those who have never previously attended a class at Studio 52, whether on the mat or the reformer.

We recommend starting with one of our Essentials classes, which are designed to introduce you to the machines and help you build confidence before exploring other classes on the schedule.

“Every class has something different. The teachers are warm, welcoming and supportive. The space itself is calm, fresh, beautifully decorated and located in one of Belfast's most vibrant areas.

Even if you are just passing through Belfast, I urge you to visit and flow. You will leave feeling incredible.”

Before your first class

Remember, movement isn’t something to punish yourself with — it’s a way to reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re joining us for yoga, pilates, or reformer, approach your time in the studio with curiosity, patience, and kindness towards your body.

Take breaks when you need them and give yourself the space to grow stronger and more confident over time.

Your Checklist

  • All of our yoga and mat Pilates classes are designed to be all-levels friendly, meaning you’re welcome to join any class and move at a pace that suits you.

For reformer, we recommend starting with our Essentials classes, which are perfect for beginners and those new to the machines. Progressive classes are suitable for all levels once you’ve built some confidence, while Dynamic classes are designed for more experienced students looking for a greater challenge.

  • If you have any injuries, health concerns, or limitations, please let your teacher know before class begins. They can offer guidance, modifications, or adjustments to help you move safely and comfortably throughout the session.

  • Your body is your best guide in any class at Studio 52. If a movement doesn’t feel right or causes discomfort, take a break or modify it. Moving with awareness and control will always be more beneficial than pushing beyond your limits.

  • Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid anything too restrictive or overly loose, as it can make movement more difficult. For reformer classes, grip socks are recommended to help keep you secure on the machines.

  • Make sure to drink water before and after class to stay hydrated, especially for heated classes. Bringing a water bottle with you is always a good idea.
