Before your first class…

  • All of our classes are designed to be ‘All Levels’ friendly, so you can dive into any class and follow along at a pace that suits you. However, we also have ‘Beginner Friendly’ classes which are highlighted below.

  • If you have any injuries, health concerns or limitations, make sure to let your teacher know before class. They can offer modifications and adjustments to help you safely practice and avoid any discomfort or injuries.

  • Your body is your best guide in yoga and pilates. If a pose doesn't feel right or causes pain, modify it or take a break. Remember, it's better to practice with ease and comfort rather than pushing yourself too hard and risking injury.

  • Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid anything too restrictive or baggy, which can hinder your movements.

  • Drink plenty of water before and after class to stay hydrated.

Remember, yoga is practice, not just a workout. It's important to approach your practice with patience, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. With time and practice, you'll discover the many benefits that yoga has to offer.
