Function & Flow Yoga

This takes a unique approach to practice, that is both creative and strong while still being accessible for all levels of practitioners. These classes blend tradition with science, and offer an intelligent and relevant progression through functional movement, alignment and the fluid nature of a vinyasa flow practice. 

IDEAL FOR: Those looking to develop a deeper understanding of the mechanics of your body, and all of its capabilities.

Mellow & Mindful

SPECIALITY PRACTICE: This practice is about slowing down your body and soothing a busy mind. The continuous slow movement takes the student into their body and allows them to fully explore their own practice.

IDEAL FOR: Students who are new to yoga and want to learn the basics in a slow and gentle way.

Heated Vinyasa/Yin

This fusion practice explores balance with yang and yin elements in the warming heat of Studio A. Expect thirty minutes of vinyasa flow building energy and strength, followed by thirty minutes of restorative yin cocooning in the heat and candlelight.

This 90 minute extended practice is perfect for those looking to deepen their practice and explore new challenges. Eleanor's guidance will encourage you to connect with your breath and cultivate mindfulness.

Rest & Restore

SPECIALITY PRACTICE: Helena brings many key elements of Restorative yoga and mixes it with Katonah, Somatics, and Andean energy work. Expect the use of blocks, cushions, and bolsters to guide you into deeper levels of release.

IDEAL FOR: Those looking to release pressure and tension of daily life.
