In this workshop, dive into a mixed level practice that blends Rocket 1 and 2 with Rocket Yoga teacher trainer Amber Jean-Marie as she guides you through the history of the Rocket, its founder and routines, and a perhaps some playful arm balances — we'll finish with a deep relaxation and savasana, follow by some tea and chat in the Studio 52 Lounge!
