Which class is for you?

Foundations. Alignment. Support.

  • Learn the Reformer from the ground up — how to set the springs, use the carriage and straps, and practise essential reformer exercises. Pace is steady, form-focused, and supportive so you leave feeling safe, clear, and ready for more.

    Best for: First-timers, anyone returning after a break or injury (with clearance), or looking to refresh technique. Prenatal welcome when booking our Essentials (Prenatal-Friendly) slot.

Growth. Control. Strength.

  • Fully focused sequences with layered options — add load and pace when you’re ready, or scale back to refine technique. Expect a balanced mix of strength, mobility, and core work with thoughtful progressions.

    • Best for: Movers who’ve completed Essentials classes (or have prior Reformer experience).

    • Not suitable for: Pregnancy — please book our prenatal-friendly Essentials. Students dealing with injury.

Challenge. Precision. Intensity.

  • Stronger springs, faster transitions, and challenging sequences for an uplifting, sweat-worthy session. Coaching is crisp and technical so you can move with power and control.

    • Best for: Confident Reformer users who’ve completed Essentials and train regularly.

    • Not suitable for: First-timers or those who haven’t done Essentials; pregnancy; unmanaged injury. For safety, teachers may refuse entry if prerequisites aren’t met.

  • Begin with Essentials. You’ll learn reformer set-up, springs, safety and core principles at a steady pace. Once you’re comfortable, move into Progressive, then Dynamic when you’re ready.

  • Fitted, zip-free clothing, hair tied back, and grip socks — required for hygiene and safety. Bring a sealed water bottle. We provide all equipment.

  • Yes — for safety, hygiene and traction. We sell them in our shop if you need a pair.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early — first-timers must be 10 minutes early for a safety brief. For everyone’s safety, no late entry once class begins.

  • Our practice spaces are phone-free. Please leave devices on silent in lockers — focus on being present in class.

  • Book Essentials (Pre-natal-friendly) or email hello@studio52.yoga. We’ll advise the best option. Dynamic classes are not suitable during pregnancy.

  • Tell your teacher before class and take Essentials first. If in doubt, seek medical guidance.

  • You can cancel in the app up to 12 hours before class. If you cancel within this 12 hour period, you will lose your credit.

  • You’ll be auto-added if a spot opens until the 12-hour mark. After that, check the app for last-minute spaces and enable email notifications.

  • Minimum age 18 for group reformer. Reformer max user weight 300lb / 136kg. If reformer isn’t suitable, our mat classes offer great alternatives — ask us.

  • Let the teacher know before class and choose a bed by the door. If you would like to leave a session, please sit out in the lounge area until your teacher is finished class.

  • Check-in at the desk, store belongings in lockers, no food or gum in studio, and wipe down your reformer and props after class.
