Celebrate the connection between you & mamma bear a little differently this Mother’s Day within a sacred container designed to deepen your bond, drop into relaxation & hold space for the tenderness we share as women.
For so many of us walking this path & engaging with ceremonial spaces, we know the power of dropping into body, mind and spirit & the medicine these moments in community hold. This is a beautiful opportunity to introduce your mum to the practises that have held you and allow her the space & time to reconnect with herself (and you!)
using meditation, cacao, medicinal music, movement and embodiment practises we will return back to the innate bond and love experienced from the moment you were in the womb. This is a safe space to expand upon and deepen the intimacy you naturally share with the woman that brought you into the world.
It is also an opportunity to gently breathe awareness into any tension or distance you are experiencing knowingly or unknowingly - gently walking toward a shared sense of contentment & fulfilment within your relationship.
Ancestral healing of the maternal line holds such deep reverence & capacity to free you both from the shackles of intergenerational wounding. Through embodying our shared sense of adoration ( and sometimes frustration) we open up to new ways of being within our family dynamics where both mother & daughter can feel heard, seen, respected and loved as they are.
