This will be a weekly a Handbalancing class held @Studio52 over an 8 week block.
In this block we will be building all the essential strength , flexibility , skill and body awareness required to hold freestanding handstands.
This class is for both beginner Handbalancers with no previous experience and handbalancers looking to progress their current levels learning new shapes & working towards press to handstand.
The class will run every Monday evening at 7.30pm starting Monday 25th September.
