Please join Carla and Leigh for 2 hours of soul self care as we shift and move the old stagnant energies in the physical body and chakra energy centres with a specific autumnal flow yoga practice, followed by a healing cup of 100% pure grade Ceremonial Cacao (from a trained facilitator) before we go deep into a healing meditation journey and activation.
