Our Charity of the Year

Throughout 2025, Studio 52 is proud to partner with Concern Worldwide as our Charity of the Year—through special classes, pop-ups, and community fund-raisers, we’ll channel our collective energy toward ending extreme poverty wherever it exists.

Why Concern?

We have always believed movement can spark change far beyond the mat. By choosing Concern Worldwide (UK) as our Charity of the Year we’re joining a global community fighting extreme poverty, hunger and crisis in more than 25 countries.

What Concern does

  • When disaster strikes, Concern’s teams are on the ground within 72 hours, delivering lifesaving food, water, shelter, and urgent medical care. Their speed and local partnerships ensure help reaches the hardest-hit communities first.

  • Beyond immediate relief, Concern invests in health, nutrition, education, and climate-smart farming. These initiatives build lasting resilience so families can support themselves long after the headlines fade.

  • Concern works at policy level, using evidence-based research to influence governments and institutions. Their goal is to create systems where communities can thrive on their own terms, not just survive crisis to crisis.

  • In areas of active conflict, Concern provides emergency cash transfers, clean water, hygiene kits, and safe-space services. This support reaches families under fire, helping them maintain dignity and meet basic needs amid instability.

IMPACT IN FOCUS

Our Plan

At Studio 52 we ask you to come home to yourself — to breathe, move, and reclaim strength, confidence, and resilience on the mat. This year we’re widening that circle of care: every steady inhale, every mindful pulse becomes an opportunity to lift someone else, too.

Expect charity flows, rooftop pop-ups, coffee mornings, and pre-loved sales — all created with the same heart as your daily practice and with 100% of proceeds donated to Concern Worldwide. Join a class, share a cuppa, clear a bookshelf, tell a friend. One small step in the studio can travel a thousand miles beyond our cobbled street, turning personal growth into collective good.
