ABOUT: Yoga Session —
Our yoga session is designed with beginners in mind, so no prior experience is needed. Immerse yourself in the theme of 'Balance' as Mine guides you through gentle movements and mindful breathing, fostering harmony in both body and mind.
Wine Tasting —
After finding your balance on the mat, get ready to indulge in a delightful wine tasting experience! Learn the art of properly tasting wine, and explore the flavours of two exquisite white wines and two rich red wines. Mine will share insights into winemaking, different styles, and the story behind each wine. Engage your senses as you savour every sip and discover the unique characteristics of each wine.
ABOUT MINE:
Mine has just finished her 200-hour Function and Flow Yoga Teacher Training. Her background comes from hospitality managing Deanes Deli, Ox Cave Wine Bar then gaining experience on a different aspect of the wine world working in Direct Wine Shipments. She received a scholarship from Laithewaites, enhancing her knowledge about still wine and port wine making. She is a Dip WSET, and teaches for Wine and Spirit Educational Trust based in London.
