The Story of Soma with Gerry Polland

  • Studio 52 52a Hill Street, Cathedral Quarter Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT1 2LG United Kingdom (map)

BOOK YOUR SPOT DIRECTLY

Join Gerry for an immersive journey toward the voice through the body on Sunday 19th January. Reaching into muscle, blood and bone, you will be guided toward the mother tongue of your system.

The individual essence of your creative expression. The parts of your body that are alive with inspiration. Often as creatives, we have only ever been taught to consult with the mental aspects of our story-telling. Yet at times all we find are the stories and conditions that separate us from our art.

When we tell our stories from soma, our relationship with creativity transforms. We become a conduit for the ideas that want to move through us. The ideas that already are moving through us. We become better listeners. We learn how to move out of our own way. We EMBODY our voice as a means of creation.

Within the workshop meets masterclass, you will learn tools for creative transformation while soothing your system & resting your body.
